Fabletics Launches a Swimsuit Line

Fabletics, whose parent company is JustFab, is an online retailer of women’s athletic apparel. The company was founded by Kate Hudson, Adam Goldenburg, and Don Russler in July of 2013. The website officially launched in October of 2013. Like JustFab, Fabletics is a monthly subscription service.

The line expanded to men’s athletic apparel in June of 2015 in collaboration with Kate Hudson’s brother, Oliver Hudson. Most recently, they will soon launch a line of swimsuits and complementary dresses. Membership is $49.95 a month. Members are sent a new outfit monthly. A member can choose to skip a month. Outfits are chosen by the initial survey taken when signing up. Outfit selection is based on lifestyle and fashion preference. Members get a discount the first monthÕs outfit, which only costs $25.

Fabletics main competitors are Nike, Adidas, and Lululemon. The brand decided to expand to physical storefronts in October of 2015. Fabletics stores can now be found in several malls across the country. Forbes recently reported that over the next three to five years, 75 to 100 new Fabletics store will open their doors.

Elite Daily revealed that Kate Hudson’s Fabletics would be launching a swimsuit line for women XXS to XXL. The swimsuit line will be budget friendly. The line will be released April 12th. The theme of the line will be athletic yet stylish. Fabletics will also soon be launching a line of dresses that will coordinate with the swimsuit line. Hudson commented that summer is her favorite season so she is very excited to launch a line that she is very passionate about. She also thinks every lady will find something in the line that will match her individual taste and body shape. The swimwear is very fashionable and figure flattering while also being practical and budget friendly.
